How long does shipping and processing take?
Please allow a processing time of 2-4 business days, with an additional shipping time of 3- 7 business days.

How do I maintain my Indy Raw Hair?
We recommend prior to install to Co- Wash your Indy Raw Hair with sulfate and paraben free conditioner and allowing your Indy Raw Hair to air dry.
To preserve longevity, we recommend:
Wash and condition your Indy Raw Hair Biweekly using sulfate and paraben free shampoos and conditioners.
After washing and conditioning allow your Indy Raw Hair to airdry.
When detangling start at the ends making your way up using a wide tooth comb.
Using minimal styling products and oils as it will weigh down the hair.
PLEASE use a quality heat protectant and a max of 400 degrees Fahrenheit when using styling tools.
Can I color my Raw Hair?
Yes, please consult with a professional colorist for all color processing.

Can I get a refund or exchange?
Currently Indy Raw Hair do not allow refunds. If there is an issue with your order, we offer an exchange within 5 days upon receipt. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
